Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. BEGINNER'S "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" REFUND
We offer a special "First-Step" safety net for all beginners and students who are new to the Redikall ecosystem. This applies to introductory course levels such as Spiritual Solution Level 1, Gentle Guidance Calls, and other designated entry-level online programs.
The Window: You are eligible for a 100% refund if requested within 7 days from purchase OR after attending your first 2 live sessions (whichever comes later).
Please Note: Upon claiming a refund, you will be disconnected from the ongoing course and related materials. Should you wish to rejoin at a later date, you will be required to start the course from the very beginning to maintain the integrity of your learning journey.
2. ONLINE EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
For standard online events (not covered by the Beginner Policy), we prioritize flexibility. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for which you have registered:
- Rescheduling: You may postpone your registration to a future date of the same event free of cost.
- Refund Requests: If a refund is absolutely necessary and rescheduling is not an option, we reserve the right to deduct a standard 5% fee to cover the transaction costs we incur.
- Postponement by iSolveLife: If we postpone an event, you may request a full refund or keep the amount as credit towards another workshop. It is the registrant's responsibility to track this credit and inform us of their decision within 90 days.
3. ON-SITE COURSES & RETREATS
For physical events, on-site workshops, or retreat programs, our costs are significantly higher due to logistics. In the event of a cancellation:
We reserve the right to withhold fixed costs that we have already incurred on your behalf. These may include, but are not limited to: Venue charges, Hotel bookings, Food and Beverage commitments, and Printing costs.
Refunds for on-site events are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, generally requiring proof of emergency (see Section 8).
4. NO-SHOW & RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens. If you fail to attend a scheduled session ("No-Show"):
- Our team will contact you to offer a one-time free rescheduling to a future date.
- Recurrent No-Shows: Intentional or recurrent no-shows (more than 2 consecutive instances) may result in the forfeiture of your fee and the temporary blocking of your account to ensure our mentors' time is respected.
5. DIGITAL ASSETS & RECORDINGS
Due to the instant accessibility of digital downloads, eBooks, and recorded courses, these items are generally non-refundable once the link has been delivered or accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.
6. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
All recurring memberships, monthly subscriptions, and annual plans are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
7. BUNDLES & DISCOUNTED GROUPS
If you have registered as part of a heavily discounted group or purchased a multi-workshop bundle:
- Individual component refunds are calculated by reverting the retained workshops to their original "Full Price" and refunding the remaining balance after deducting administrative fees.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for specific promotional "Flash Sale" events where it is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
8. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES & PROCESS
To maintain a fair ecosystem for all students, we follow these procedural guidelines for all refund claims:
- Proof of Reason: For refunds requested outside the Beginner Window due to medical or emergency reasons, a valid medical certificate or supporting documentation is required.
- Administrative Fee: In all refund cases, except where iSolveLife cancels the event, we reserve the right to deduct a small administrative fee (usually 5%) to cover processing costs.
- Timeline: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
