Redikall changes us when we practise it, day after day, not when we read about it once. So member points now follow the practice. You earn them for checking in, reflecting, joining sessions, learning and sharing what helped you. They also grow your streak, and you can spend them on your next plan, course, event or session.
Here is everything you need to know: how to earn, what points are worth, how to use them at checkout, the limits and why they're there, and how to keep your points active.
What your points are worth
50 points = ₹1.So 5,000 points take ₹100 off, and 50,000 points take ₹1,000 off.
The rate is the same for every member and every checkout.
How you earn

1. Daily practice (each once a day)
Your dashboard has a small daily ritual. Every part of it earns:
Mood check-in:10points
Watch today's resource:10points
Write a daily reflection:10points
Draw a guidance card:10points
Save a guidance card:10points
Any two of these complete your day and keep your streak going. Joining a community session and finishing a course step count towards those two as well.
2. Showing up
Join a community session from your dashboard (once a day):100points
Open House join bonus for Spiritual Solutions students (up to 3 a week):150points
Rate a session you joined:100points
3. Learning
Finish a course step (up to 20 a day):25points
Complete a course:1,000points
4. Sharing what helped you
Feedback earns once for each session or event you attended:
A written review of 100 characters or more:500points
A short story of 20 characters or more:300points
A star rating on its own:100points
Share an event with a friend (up to 3 a day):25points
5. Your streak
A steady practice earns its own milestones, each paid once per streak:
3 days:100points
7 days:250points
21 days:750points
40 days (a chilla):1,500points
108 days:5,000points
365 days:20,000points
Every full year after that:5,000points
Life happens, so the streak forgives. Every 14 days of unbroken practice banks one grace day, up to 3. If you miss a single day, a grace day fills the gap and your streak carries on.
6. Purchases
When you buy an event ticket, a membership plan or a product, you earn1 point for every ₹1 you spend. It's the same for every member. If you pay part of an order with points, you earn on the part you pay in rupees.
Pay at checkout to earn. From Wednesday, 4 November, purchases paid by bank transfer, UPI or another manual method, which our team has to process by hand, don’t earn points, and any points added for such a payment are reversed. Paying through the website’s checkout is quicker for you, your points arrive on their own, and our team can spend their time where it matters most: sharing Redikall with more people.
How to use your points at checkout

Points work on the website's checkouts for membership plans, courses and course renewals, event tickets and paid sessions. Here's how:
Sign in on the website and open the checkoutfor the plan, course, event or session you want.
Find the points slider("Pay with points"; on a course, "Points to use"). It shows your balance and the most this checkout can take. On a course, choosePoints(instead of Coupon) first.
Pick your amount.Drag the gold slider, or tapNoneorMax. The points you picked and their rupee value show above the slider. Plans, events and sessions start at None; on a course, the Points side opens at Max.
Check your order summary.A points line (for examplePointsor5,000 points) shows the rupees your points take off, and the total drops to match.
Pay the restas usual. Your points come off your balance only once the payment goes through.

If a payment fails or you close it, your points were not used. They stay in your balance and you can try again.
On an event, points take the place of the member price, as a coupon does, so the saving from your points is worked out on the full ticket price.
How much you can use, and why

Membership plans:30%
Courses and course renewals:30%
Online event tickets:20%
Paid sessions:20%
In-person event tickets:10%
In-person events carry real venue costs, so their limit is lower. You never have to work these out: the slider stops at your limit, and the line under it tells you the number.
A few more rules keep things simple and fair:
At least ₹1 is always left to pay, so every order is a real payment.
One saving per order:points or a coupon. You choose which.
Points don't apply to:
a membership bundled inside an event ticket (points go on the ticket only);
a session booked with a package or membership (that session is already paid for);
free sessions;
sessions with a varied price or paid with a deposit.
Points are spent on the website. The app shows your balance and all the ways to earn.
Your balance, and codes you already hold

ThePointstab on your dashboard shows your balance, what it's worth and your recent activity. You spend points with the slider at checkout.
Had an unused reward code? On 1 November we turned unused codes back into the points they cost, ready to use with the slider.
Keep your points active
Points expire after12 months with no points earned. Earning anything keeps your whole balance active: a check-in, a session, a review or a purchase.
We'll email you 14 days before any points are due to expire. Your dashboard Home shows a reminder too, with the number of points and the date.
Good to know
Points are our thank-you for your practice, not money. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged, transferred or claimed anywhere else, and are used only at checkout on our website. As Redikall grows, we may adjust how points work, including how many you earn and the limits at checkout. Whenever we do, we’ll let you know.
Why we changed it
Points now follow what makes Redikall work: showing up, practising and sharing with the community. A ten-minute check-in counts. So does joining a session or finishing a course step. Over weeks, those small steps add up to points you can spend on your next step, and to a steady practice.
See you in practice.
With Love & Light
